I'm Katie Beaver Pehlke, a Realtor® with Kentucky Select Properties, and I get to do what I love every single day.
I was born right here in Louisville. After graduating from the University of Georgia, I followed jobs to Nashville, Tampa, and Orlando before my heart pulled me back home in 1999. Along the way I moved more times than I can count and renovated kitchens, baths, and just about everything in between.
Those experiences shaped the agent I am today. I know how overwhelming a move can feel, and I know how much the right home, in the right neighborhood, can change your life. That's why I focus first on helping you find an area of town you can truly call home.
All that renovating gave me something else, too: a little black book of trusted contractors, painters, electricians, plumbers, and handymen. Whether you're prepping a home to sell or making a new one your own, I can connect you with people who do great work at a fair price.
Most of all, I believe buying and selling a home should be fun, exciting, and smooth. I'd be honored to guide you through it.
